Basically I’ve been focusing primarily on melodic writing and improvising partly due to the current restrictions and also to try and change the direction of my music to focus more on band interaction and influence on the direction of the music. After years of writing extremely contrapuntal extended compositons I felt like changing my focus which of course has been impacted by the current restriction in touring and live performance.
